I completed my PhD in International Relations from the Graduate School of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University, Japan, in 2017. Master degree in Defense Studies from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in collaboration with Cranfield University, UK, in 2010, & bachelor degree in Political Science from University of Indonesia (UI) in 2007.

As a researcher, I actively write and publish work at both the national and international levels. For me, writing is a means of sharing ideas and connecting research findings with the wider public, making important issues around us easier to understand.

In addition to my active writing, I also regularly participate in regional and global seminars and conferences, particularly those discussing defense, security, and public policy issues. I am frequently invited to participate in policy discussions involving ministries, state institutions, and civil society organizations (CSOs).

I am open to collaborations related to writing, research, teaching, public policy-based activities, or risk assessment consulting.
